Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in or using any part of the efc88 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and efc88.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any update to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

User Eligibility

efc88 reserves the right to request written verification or supporting documents to prove your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the efc88 platform. Owning or using more than one account — whether directly or indirectly — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any account balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Information to be provided includes your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and a valid MyKad number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. efc88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from negligence or disclosure of login information by the user.

Deposits and Withdrawals

efc88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed securely through verified payment systems.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the registered user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

efc88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. Such requests are part of the platform's standard security and compliance procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

The efc88 welcome bonus provides a 120% match on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

efc88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, promotion abuse, or a breach of terms. This includes using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using specific betting methods intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the efc88 platform must be conducted in accordance with the game rules set for each product. Users are advised to fully understand the game rules before starting a betting session.

Betting results recorded by the efc88 system are final and binding. Any dispute regarding game results or sports betting must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the date of the relevant event.

• efc88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a match or event that has been postponed, cancelled, or materially changed in format
• Bets placed after the result or outcome of an event has been broadcast live are void and will be cancelled
• The use of any automated software, bots or other systems to place bets is prohibited
• Collusion between players to manipulate game results is a serious offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities

User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the use of the efc88 platform is lawful under the local laws applicable in the user's area. efc88 makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality of the platform in any jurisdiction.

When an account is terminated due to a violation, the remaining balance in the account may be held while an investigation is conducted. Once the investigation is complete, legitimate funds will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.
